The Service is intended to be used primarily by parents and legal guardians (or other authorised adults) who create and manage a Munch Monitor account. We do not knowingly allow children to provide personal information directly to us.
Where student information is provided (including dietary/allergy information), we rely on the parent/guardian (or other authorised adult) to provide that information and to keep it accurate and up to date.
If we become aware that a child is using the Service without authorisation from the account owner or has attempted to create an account independently, we will use any personal information received only to respond and take appropriate steps to address the issue.
8. Your Rights: Access, Correction and Complaints
All visitors or users of this Service have the following rights with regard to their personal information:
- The right to access the personal information that we have collected about you.
- The right to request that we amend any of the information that we have collected about you.
